TAKING DOWN RAID BOSSES! Twisted Evil

With the release of SoF changing the raidscape of gearing possibilities we had to readjust our aims and use SoF as a slingshot into newer content. Skipping past some of the older content that was designed solely for a 55+ plus man raid force. Our gear level is excellent, yet because of our raidwindow our elite group of raiders does not normally swell that high. I am still amazed at times how epic some of our battles are! It is truly fun and rewarding to best them.

EVERY MAN COUNTS on our raids and in our guild as long as they are willing to give 100%. We win events with less because our raiders are disciplined and skilled as a team. AV has always been strong in this way.
We never zerg events with sheer numbers and hope healers keep the person who happens to get aggro alive while DPS actually does DPS. We learn every time we tackle and event until we have them smoothly down to farm status.

We are strong because we have a competitive bid system. In our DKP system DKP is awarded for a full nights raiding, or a fraction of a full nights points for each event attended start to finish for those that can't stay all night. Whether you're new in the system or old, if you're a full member your standing is the same and you can bid on an item as equals. New or not if you want an item more than the next guy, it can be yours.

We have potential to see every part of the game because our players are dedicated to their class and to this guild. All our member both in AV and in our sister guild Dallow know their classes well and how to get the most out of them.

Currently we are periodically farming Anguish for 2.0 orbs and gear needs.
Our primary focuses are on 340+ gear targets that may also drop lastbloods or higher ranging from PoR to SoF. Our goal is to complete raids we were unable to in the past while pressing forward into the later expansions.

With the release of Seeds of Destruction looming we are in need of some dedicated players who are willing to be a part of the team as we forge ahead. We have a non mandatory raiding schedule that runs Monday through Thursday with Friday and the weekend free to exp or be with your family. We try to strike a balance between hardcore raiding and a family friendly schedule. So if you would like to be a part of our team and our family please consider AV or Dallow Abligo as your guild home!
